Above the Angels

Above the angels in deep and darker space
Are stars that glow with flourescent care
Lights that flicker yet never fade
And a full glowing moon that dispels fear

Above the heavens lies the beauty,
Flies the eagle, cries the dove
For when at last the skies should become empty
The angels vanish and there also dies my love

Above the silver lining on the clouds,
Above the rain and snow, above the cold
There is warmth that cures us as it vowed,
There is peace and hope as love unfolds

Above the sunset, below the dawn
Between the light and darkness of our souls
Lies the mystery and charm you own
As you breathe your light sweet breath, eyes closed

Above the night sky are spirits, harmless
Flowing above the limits our eyes can see
Creating visions human minds don't notice
